This life is way to short, to get bogged down in the mullygrubs, so my resolution for every day....not just the New Year, is be true to yourself, laugh a lot, Love the Lord Your God, with all your heart, your soul, your mind, and your strength.....and love your neighbor as yourself!

There's nothing that puts a bad, or tough situation into perspective, more than a few moments of silence........and good laugh.

So with that said..... here is a bit of humorous sayings to bring in the New Year 2013!!!

"People are so worried about what they eat between Christmas and the New Year, but they really should be worried about what they eat between the New Year and Christmas." - Unknown

"An optimist stays up until midnight to see the new year in. A pessimist stays up to make sure the old year leaves." ~ Bill Vaughan

"Santa Claus has the right idea. Visit people only once a year."
- Victor Borge

"I don't feel old. I don't feel anything until noon. Then it's time for my nap."
- Bob Hope

"We could certainly slow the aging process down if it had to work its way through Congress."
- Will Rogers

"Maybe it's true that life begins at 50... but everything else starts to wear out, fall out, or spread out."
- Phyllis Diller

"The cardiologist's diet: If it tastes good spit it out."
- Unknown

"By the time a man is wise enough to watch his step, he's too old to go anywhere."
- Billy Crystal

"Youth would be an ideal state if it came a little later in life."
-Herbert Henry Asquith

"Stressed" spelled backwards is desserts". So if you get stressed….turn around and have a dessert! - Unknown
